Refund PolicyBy submitting the entry fees or deposit, you acknowledge that there will be no refunds, transfers, or rollovers for any reason.
Award2 winners in each age group (including GA South & GA North) will be crowned. To compete for the Miss GA North title, add: $109 (Ages 0–15 & Ms.) A Supreme Queen will also be crowned in the 0–3, 4–9, and 10–15 age divisions. Optional awards in each age group will be chosen by our judges, including: Interview Award will be presented to each age group winner in ages 4-15 and Ms. group. People’s Choice Award One People's Choice winner will be selected in each age group, along with: One Overall Winner (Ages 0–15) Tickets are $2 each, and all contestants must submit a headshot.

Pageant InformationLocation: Performing Arts Center, Valdosta High School, 3101 Barack Obama Blvd, Valdosta, GA.
Age Groups: Baby (0-23 months), Teeny (2-3), Tiny (4-6), Little (7-9), Young (10-12), Junior (13-15), Teen (14-18 from Georgia), Miss (19-up from Georgia), Ms (19-up from any state). Ages 0-15 and Ms. contestants may reside in ANY state but must meet age requirements as of Jan. 1, 2027
Contest Categories: Ages 0-23 months and 2-3 will compete in Beauty and Fun Fashion Ages 4-6, 7-9, 10-12, and 13-15 will compete in Beauty, Fun Fashion, and Interview Ms. contestants (ages 19-up) will compete in Beauty, Fun Fashion, and Interview Teen contestants (Ages 14-18 as of January 1, 2027) and Miss contestants (Ages 19-up as of January 1, 2027—may be single, married, divorced, etc.) will compete in Interview, Swimsuit (Miss) or Active Wear (Teen), and Evening Gown **Teen and Miss contestants must live, work, or attend school in Georgia Additional Discount Offers: We offer a Sister and/or Mother/Daughter Discount of $25 off each entry fee. Every contestant in our pageant will receive:
Contestants Ages 0-15 will also receive a crown. Optional winners receive a trophy or medallion. Overall Optional winners will receive a trophy and custom sash. Each Age group will have Finalists (Top 10 or Top 5 depending on the number of contestants) who will receive a trophy. Runners-up will also receive a trophy. Each queen will receive a host of prizes including: The Teen and Miss queens will receive their entry fees paid into the 2027 Miss GA USA & Miss GA Teen USA Pageant (valued at over $1225.00), pageant preparations for the state pageant, gift certificates, as well as other wonderful prizes!! (Updated prizes will be listed on our Social Media pages) The winner of Miss GA Teen USA will advance to the national Miss Teen USA Pageant, and Miss GA USA will advance to the national Miss USA Pageant and possibly Miss Universe. |
Event ScheduleFriday, January 22, 2027Registration will be open from 2:00-7:30 pm for ages 4-15, as well as any other contestant wanting to register early. Contestants will receive their numbers, turn in their photogenic entries, turn in their two $5 gifts for the newly crowned queens in your division, pay any remaining fees, purchase admission tickets, and buy People’s Choice tickets. You can also meet our current queens. Interview times for ages 4-15:
Please note these are approximate times. (A confirmed schedule will be posted to all social media platforms ONE WEEK prior to the pageant). Saturday, January 23, 2027The venue opens at 6:00 am for hair & makeup if needed. PLEASE NOTE THERE ARE TO BE NO PHOTOS OR VIDEOS TAKEN INSIDE THE AUDITORIUM. THIS WILL BE CLOSELY MONITORED. CONTESTANTS ARE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL FAMILY MEMBERS AND/OR GUESTS AND MAY BE DISQUALIFIED IF THIS OCCURS BY ANY PARTY. • 5:00-7:00 pm Registration for Teen, Miss, & Ms. Contestants will receive their numbers, turn in their photogenic entries, turn in their two $5 gifts for the new queens in your division, pay any remaining fees, purchase admission tickets, and buy People’s Choice tickets. Ms. contestants will be doing the traditional Backwards T walk and can practice on Sunday Sunday, January 24, 2027• 6:00 am Venue opens for hair and makeup
6:30 pm will be a group photo of all new queens ages 0–15, Teen, Miss, & Ms. Please note these are approximate times. An exact time schedule will be posted on all social media platforms ONE WEEK prior to the pageant.
Tickets
Pageant Admission Tickets are required for each day you attend and can be purchased online at a later date OR on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday at the venue. Admission Tickets for Saturday’s pageants are $20 for Ages 4-up (which allows you to watch all Saturday pageants). Admission Tickets for Sunday’s pageant are $25 for Ages 4-up (which allows you to watch the Teen/Miss/Ms. pageant). Everyone (other than a pageant contestant) is required to purchase a ticket. You can purchase tickets for ALL pageants for $40 (save $5).
Contestant Attire
For Beauty, Ages 0-15 and Ms. contestants should wear a dress appropriate for their age. May be any length. Dress, hair, and make-up are the choice of the contestant (glitz or natural). We suggest that you wear whatever makes YOU look YOUR best!! For Interview, ages 4-15 and Ms. can wear any outfit they would wear to church or school.

Judging Criteria
The Miss GA South Pageant will be judged on the following basis: Teen and Miss contestants will be scored equally in: The Top Teen & Miss Finalists will also have an On-Stage Interview (Personality, Potential to be Miss USA/Teen USA, Overall Impression). JUDGES’ COMMENTS will be emailed to all contestants WITHIN 3 WEEKS AFTER the pageant to the email address on the application you submitted. Failure to provide a valid email address forfeits the right to receive judges’ comments. Please do not call or email to receive scores. Sending out scores/comments is time-consuming. Please be patient. For ages 0-15 & Ms, our stage will be marked as a Backwards T with 3 Xs in the front of the stage and 1 X in the back. Contestants ages 0-15 & Ms. can walk the stage however they choose but should not go over 60 seconds in Beauty and 60 seconds for Fun Fashion. Judges are at their own discretion to deduct points for going over time. Teen & Miss contestants will have a specific walking pattern they will learn during rehearsal. We will post a diagram of the walking pattern closer to the pageant date.
Hotels

How to Enter
Please send your entry fees or a $100 deposit (which will go towards your fees). Applications, bios, and headshots may be submitted at a later time. The entry fee (minus any Early Bird savings) must be paid by January 1. Door entries will NOT be accepted. Remember to get your applications and deposits in early. The first deposit/entry fee received in each group is the last contestant in the line-up in that group. The last deposit/entry fee received in each group is the first contestant in the line-up. **By submitting the deposit or entry fees, please understand there are no refunds, transfers, or rollovers given, and you agree to abide by the rules as stated in the pageant’s Code of Conduct.
