2026 Miss GA South & GA North Pageant

 

 

Event Details

Dates: January 23-25, 2026

Venue: VHS Performing Arts Center, Valdosta, Georgia

Theme: "Set Sail for GA South" (Cruise ship, nautical, sailor theme)

 

Entry Fees & Discounts

Early Bird Discount (by June 1, 2025): Save $100 off entry fees.

Ages 0-15 & Ms: Enter both GA South & GA North for $148.

Teen & Miss: Enter both GA South & GA North for $278.

Discount (by July 1, 2025): Save $75 off entry fees.

Ages 0-15 & Ms: Enter both GA South & GA North for $173.

Teen & Miss: Enter both GA South & GA North for $303.

Discount (by August 1, 2025): Save $25 off GA South entry fee.

Ages 0-15 & Ms: Enter GA South for $124.

Teen & Miss: Enter GA South for $214.

 

Payment Methods

Entry fees can be paid via PayPal (missGAsouth@hotmail.com), Venmo (@missGAsouth), or Cash App ($missgasouth). Please include the contestant's name, age group, and email in the transaction.

 

Refund Policy

By submitting the entry fees or deposit, you acknowledge that there will be no refunds, transfers, or rollovers for any reason.

 

 Pageant Information

Location: Performing Arts Center, Valdosta High School, 3101 Barack Obama Blvd, Valdosta, GA.

Age Groups:

Baby (0-23 months), Teeny (2-3), Tiny (4-6), Little (7-9), Young (10-12), Junior (13-15), Teen (14-18), Miss (19-up), Ms (19-up from any state).

Contestants may reside in any state, but must meet age requirements as of January 1, 2026.

Contest Categories:

Ages 0-15 & Ms: Beauty, Fun Fashion.

Ages 4-15: Beauty, Fun Fashion, Interview.

Teen & Miss: Interview, Swimsuit (Miss) or Active Wear (Teen), Evening Gown.

Optional Awards: Photogenic, Best Dress, Best Fun Fashion, Best Hair, Best Smile, Best Eyes, Best Personality, Most Beautiful, Interview Award, People's Choice, and more.

 

Prizes

All contestants will receive a trophy, gift, t-shirt, and goody bag. Optional winners receive a trophy or medallion. Each queen will receive a rhinestone crown, custom rhinestone sash, trophy, jewelry, flowers, and more. Teen & Miss queens will have their entry fees paid to the 2026 Miss GA USA & Miss GA Teen USA Pageants.

Friday, January 23, 2026

Registration: 2:00-7:30 pm for ages 4-15.

Interviews will take place from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm.

Sail Away Party: 4:00-7:30 pm.

Saturday, January 24, 2026

Registration: 7:00-8:30 am for ages 0-3.

Pageants and Crowning for Ages 0-15: 9:00 am to 6:30 pm.

Orientation & Opening Number Rehearsal: 7:00-8:00 pm.

Sunday, January 25, 2026

Registration: 6:00 am for Teen, Miss, & Ms.

Pageant: 2:30 pm, featuring Teen, Miss, and Ms. competitions.

 

Tickets

Saturday Pageant: $20 for ages 4+ (all-day access).

Sunday Pageant: $25 for ages 4+ (Teen/Miss/Ms. pageant).

All-Access Pass: $40 (savings of $5).

  

Contestant Attire

Beauty (Ages 0-15 & Ms): Dress of choice (long or short), glitz or natural.

Fun Fashion (Ages 0-15 & Ms): Outfit reflecting your personality (any style).

Teen & Miss: Rehearsal outfit, Interview attire, Active Wear (Teen), Swimsuit (Miss), Evening Gown.

Opening Production: Dressy attire fitting the nautical theme.

 

 

 

 Judging Criteria

Beauty (Ages 0-15 & Ms): Facial Beauty, Poise/Personality, Overall Appearance.

Fun Fashion: Stage Presence/Personality, Overall Appearance.

Interview (Ages 4-15 & Ms): Personality, Overall Appearance.

Teen & Miss: Personal Interview, Swimsuit/Active Wear, Evening Gown, On-Stage Interview.

Hotel options will be listed on our Facebook page and event site.

 

How to Enter

Submit your entry fee or $100 deposit (credited toward your fees). The entry fee (minus any early bird discounts) must be paid by January 1, 2026. The remaining balance can be paid at registration on pageant day. Entry fees and applications must be received by January 1, 2026.

Pre-Submission Information and Disclosures

 

JUDGING INFORMATION: Michelle’s Formal Wear and its employees do not judge the model search. We send all applications to various designers that we work with and they narrow down based on a variety of factors. They are looking for all shapes, sizes, races, looks, etc. We then take the narrowed down group and run a Social Media Contest (applicants between the ages of 6-13 do not participate in the Social Media Contest, however, we will post their photo for your loved ones to see them. But their "likes" will not count for or against them). Between the ranking of the judges and social media votes, our models are selected. Due to the nature of this business we are only looking for natural born females at this time.

MODELS DO NOT HAVE TO LIVE IN ADEL, GA TO BE CONSIDERED. AS LONG AS YOU ARE AVAILABLE AND WILLING TO TRAVEL TO US FOR SHOOTS, PROJECTS, FASHION SHOWS, ETC. YOU WILL BE CONSIDERED REGARDLESS OF LOCATION.

The $50 Entry Fee, along with the APPLICATION, and a HEAD SHOT and FULL BODY SHOT (these do not need to be professional, just RECENT with NO filters) can be submitted online through this form OR mailed or delivered to Michelle’s Formal Wear. IF YOU ARE SELECTED, THE FIRST MANDATORY MEETING AND MODELS PHOTO SHOOT WILL BE SCHEDULED,date and time will be announced at a later date!

If the applicant is selected as a model and any information supplied is determined to be false, then you will be disqualified and replaced without a refund.
